By accessing, browsing, or using the Analytics.Baby website and services (categorically referred to as the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not accept this agreement and may not use the Service.

Analytics.Baby provides privacy-focused web analytics services designed to track website traffic without compromising user privacy. The Service includes script hosting, data collection, processing, and visualization dashboards.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Analytics.Baby cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account. You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright or data privacy laws).

The Service is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.

Features may change depending on your subscription plan. Downgrading your Service may cause the loss of content, features, or capacity of your account. Analytics.Baby does not accept any liability for such loss.

You agree not to exploit the Service to access unauthorized information, bypass security measures, or disrupt the Service's operation. Specifically, you may not:

• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service.
• Use the Service to track individual users across distinct websites not owned by you.
• Collect personal data (PII) such as email addresses, names, or IP addresses in violation of our Privacy Policy.

In no event shall Analytics.Baby, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any:

• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content.
• Personal injury or property damage resulting from your access to and use of our Service.
• Unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.
