1. Information We Collect
When you use Analytics.Baby, we collect minimal information to provide our services. This includes account information (email, name) when you sign up, and website analytics data that you choose to track.
We do not use cookies to track visitors on your website. We use privacy-friendly hashing mechanisms to count unique visitors without storing personal identifiers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to:
- Provide and improve our analytics services
- Process payments and manage your account
- Send essential product updates and support messages
- Prevent fraud and abuse
3. Data Ownership
You own your tracking data. Period. We act as a data processor. You can export or delete your data at any time directly from your dashboard. When you delete your data, it is permanently removed from our servers.
4. GDPR & CCPA Compliance
We are fully compliant with GDPR (Europe), CCPA (California), and PECR. We process data lawfully, transparently, and securely. We have Data Processing Agreements (DPA) available for all customers.
5. Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. Our infrastructure is hosted in SOC 2 Type II certified data centers.
